• All items are sold on "as is" basis. None of the items offered on this web site have expressed or implied warranty coverage, except the item itself clearly stated in its own description.
   
• Purchasers' credit card will be charged only when your order is processed, which also including pre-order items. Orders containing combinations of pre-order items and in stock merchandise will be broken into separate orders. Each of the separate orders will ship as soon as the merchandise becomes available. Shipping charges will apply to each of the orders independently.
   
• Some of the auto accessories or parts are only intended for trade shows, static display vehicles, or for off-road racing vehicles. Public road and highway uses are strictly prohibited. Please check your local and state laws regarding the legal use of these products. ZTEC HID | Xenon HID Worlds will not be responsible for any legal issues arising from the usage of these items, and purchasers' assume at all risk of liability related to this purchase.
   
• ZTEC HID | Xenon HID Worlds do not provide any installation assistance or instructions for the auto part accessories or hobby toys and are not responsible for any installation problems. All items should be professionally installed.
   
• If purchasers' shipping address is in California, sales tax of 10.25% will be charged automatically. Tax exemption can only be applied to wholesale orders with a minimum purchase, please contact ztechid@gmail.com for further assistance.
   
• ZTEC HID | Xenon HID Worlds are not responsible for any custom/brokerage fees, taxes or duties related to international orders.
   
• ZTEC HID | Xenon HID Worlds reserve the right to change prices without previous or public notification, and price adjustments will not be applied to purchasers' original order.
   
• ZTEC HID | Xenon HID Worlds reserve the right to cancel purchasers' order at any time, for any reason. An email will be sent to purchaser notifying about the cancellation. If we have already received your payment we will fully refund you for the payment received.
   
• In the case that all or part of your order is backordered, we will ship out the items in stock first, and we will contact customer by email for further discussion. When the backordered items become available again, we will send you an email notifying about item availability.
   
• The pictures, graphics and texts in this website are property of ZTEC HID | Xenon HID Worlds. None of these materials should be used without our written consent. Unauthorized use of these materials may lead to criminal or civil lawsuits.
   
• We may send you offers on behalf of our company or other businesses, or permit other businesses that we are working with to send you offer, if we believe that you may be interested in receiving these offers.
   
• ZTEC HID | Xenon HID Worlds reserves the right to update the policies and conditions displayed on this website, and you agree to be bounded by them at any time.

Return Policy:  

• All sales are final. Return is accept on repair or exchange basis only if item is manufacture defect or defective upon delivery. No Cash Refund.
   
• We will try to fix the problem first. If the problem is non-repairable, then we will exchange a new one.
   
• Inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Defective, shortages, damages, or wrong models must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to ztechid@gmail.com. No claims will be honored after 2 days of delivery.
   
• All packaging material should be kept for inspection. Item must be returned in its original and UNUSED condition. Goods must also be in its original box and packing.
   
• Customer must email seller for exchange and authorization prior to returning item. Do not return the products unless instructed by ZTEC HID | Xenon HID Worlds.
   
• We only reimburse the actual shipping fees for exchange if we shipped incorrect quantity or incorrect product.
   
• Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns on exchange issue.
   
• There will be a 35% non-refundable service charge on any dispute issue plus all shipping and handling are non-refundable.
   
• No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from ZTEC HID | Xenon HID Worlds. You can obtain the return merchandise number (RMA#) by contacting us at ztechid@gmail.com. To return a product, please write the RMA# outside the returning package; otherwise, packages containing returns will be refused. Include a note inside with the order #, name, daytime telephone #, reason for return, and other detail information if required.
   
• If your package is states as "Returned to Shipper", "Returned to Seller", or "Return for Refund" for any reason, there will be a 35% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. In addition, there will be a $15 charge as shipping fee on each free shipping item. If you are an international customer, any customs/brokerage fees, taxes or duties paid by ZTEC HID | Xenon HID Worlds is also non-refundable.
   
• All eBay sales are final. No returns will be accepted unless the product is defective. If there is any problem with the product, email several pictures with a detailed explanation of the problem and include the auction item number.

Payment Policy:  

• USA customers, we accept credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa), Paypal (Confirmed Address Only), personal checks, cashiers checks, and money orders.
   
• International customers, we only accept Paypal (Confirmed Address Only) and international money orders with the clearing bank in the USA. No exceptions. International customers can obtain a physical money order from your bank.
   
• Please read carefully regarding the restrictions for each type of payment:
   
  • Credit Card
     
    • ZTEC HID | Xenon HID Worlds can only ship products to the billing address of your credit card. If you would like us to ship your order to an address other than the billing address, please choose other payment options.
       
    • When you click on the 'Submit' button, your credit card information will be submitted for processing. If the authorization is not approved for any reason, your credit card will not be charged, but your issuing credit card company will put a temporary hold on the funds, and usually the fund will be refunded if the sale has been void. Your credit card limit will be reduced by the amount charged and by the number of times your transaction fails. For example, if your transaction fails twice, then your credit card limit will be reduced by two times the amount charged. Your credit card company will reissue the funds to your account after 3 - 7 business days in most of the cases. Please contact your credit card company for further information. Please notice that ZTEC HID | Xenon HID Worlds does not receive any funds if your transaction fails no matter how many times your credit card is charged so we cannot issue refunds in such situations.
       
    • Additional credit card ownership verification may be requested at ZTEC HID | Xenon HID Worlds' discretion.
       
  • Paypal
     
    • ZTEC HID | Xenon HID Worlds can only ship to the Paypal confirmed address. If customer does not have a Paypal confirmed address, please choose other payment options. NO EXCEPTIONS on this matter.
       
    • To ensure faster shipment, please be sure to fill out all necessary requested: name, billing address, email address, order number or auction item number, and the correct amounts of the product price plus shipping/handling fee plus tax of 10.25% (applicable to California residents only).
       
  • Personal/Company Check
     
    • We can ship to any address that you provide.
       
    • Check payments will be held for 10 or more business days to be cleared before shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
       
    • To ensure service quality and prompt shipment, please be sure to write down your order number or eBay auction item number on your payment, and include the following information on a separate piece of paper, in legible writing:

Shipping Policy:

Please Notice: Premium products might require a special order. Orders that contain premium products usually require more than 7 business days before they can be shipped. If the order is cancelled within 7 business days by no fault of ZTEC HID | Xenon HID Worlds, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied toward the product price at customer's cost.

Please remember to select the appropriate state/country and shipping service that corresponds to your delivery address on the order page. If this information does not correspond correctly with the delivery address, we reserve the right to withhold your order from shipment until the situation is corrected, and will contact you by phone or email to discuss the appropriate shipping rates.

For standard delivery (excluding oversized items), we use USPS or UPS Ground to ship our orders to USPS or UPS Ground deliverable addresses. Standard delivery usually takes 5-7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from USPS or UPS with the shipping date and a tracking number.

If UPS Ground delivery is not available for your shipping address and/or your order contains one or more oversized items, then another shipping carrier will be used. Delivery cost and time may vary by carrier. Shipping carriers other than UPS may not provide a tracking number, but you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping date once your order is shipped.

Please Notice: If you did not include an email with your order or provided an invalid email address, then you will not receive an email confirmation.

In the case that your order contains an oversized item and can be shipped by UPS, the shipping and handling fee will be automatically calculated for 30 lbs or 70 lbs according to dimensional weight.

Orders shipped using Express delivery usually arrives 24 hours after the order has been processed. Express orders shipped on Friday will arrive on the following business day. There is no weekend delivery for Express shipping.

Express shipping service is not available for oversized items (hoods, body kits, bumpers, side skirts, seats, and etc.). Global express shipping service may be available for some oversized items. Please inquire before you place an order. Delivery time is generally within 7 business days, but due to the size of the product, will vary by carrier.

We ship worldwide and we will use the shipping carrier suitable for your country.

Please Notice: that all of our orders are insured and we are not able to use a customer's own shipping carrier account for the shipments.
