Warranty Claim Instruction:
- Obtain RA / Claim Number
- Email ZTEC HID - ztechid@gmail.com
- Email subject: Warranty Issue
- Content must include:
- purchase date
- name of dealer
- bulb size and color temp
- year, make, and model of vehicle
- explanations of problem/issue
- Gather required info for warranty replacement
- Proof of sale - copy of invoice / paypal transaction receipt.
- Warranty card
- $20 money order - Payable to "Cash"
- Mail the bad components with above required documents to address below:
